- Alkaline batteries
Alkaline batteries are the most commonly used non-rechargeable batteries. They provide reliable energy, perform well at lower temperatures, and have a low self-discharge rate. Thanks to their low purchase price, they are ideal for devices with low and long-term power consumption.
Well-known producers of alkaline batteries include Duracell, Panasonic, and Energizer. For professional large-scale consumption, Elfa supplies Procell alkaline batteries from Duracell. This product line, the successor to Duracell Industrial, has been specially developed for business use and offers consistent performance in efficient bulk packaging.

Lithium batteries are non-rechargeable batteries that can last up to seven times longer than alkaline batteries. They are ideal for industrial applications with high peak power or consistently high power consumption, such as alarm systems, water, gas, and electricity meters, automotive applications, and wireless sensors. Disadvantages of lithium batteries

- Higher in purchase than alkaline batteries, for example
- Zinc air-alkaline batteries
In addition to alkaline and lithium batteries, there are also less common types such as zinc-air alkaline batteries, for example from the brand Cegasa. These batteries offer extremely high energy density, high output voltage, and stable performance throughout discharge. They are known for their high quality, durability, and long lifespan.
