1. Tadiran SL series: primary lithium batteries
A widely used Tadiran battery technology is lithium thionyl chloride (Li-SOCl₂). This chemistry combines very high energy density with extremely low self-discharge.
An example is the Tadiran SL2780S (see image below). This lithium cell is designed for long-term applications and can, under suitable conditions, operate reliably for many years, even in demanding environmental conditions.
2. Tadiran TLI series: industrial-grade rechargeable lithium-ion batteries
In addition to primary lithium cells, Tadiran also supplies industrial rechargeable lithium-ion batteries from the TLI series.
