Our return procedure
For the return of goods, Elfa Elementenfabriek B.V. has established a procedure to ensure efficient registration, tracking, and processing.
Do you have a defective product or would you like to return an item? Please complete the RMA form below. Once we have received the completed form, you will be issued an RMA number.
Goods returned without an RMA number issued by Elfa Elementenfabriek B.V. will not be processed.

Return conditions
Products must be in a fully resalable condition: unopened, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accompanying documentation and materials.
Elfa Elementenfabriek B.V. reserves the right to refuse returns or issue only a partial credit if products show signs of use, have been opened, or are damaged beyond our responsibility.
If damage attributable to the customer is identified, you will be notified in writing. Any depreciation in value may be deducted from the refund amount.
