Your daily responsibilities:

As an Assembly Production Employee, you are the professional who assembles the components into a functional and safe end product. Your background in electronics or mechatronics comes in very handy here.

• Assembly: assemble battery packs based on work instructions and drawings.
• Specialist techniques: such as soldering, spot welding and crimping activities.
• Quality Assurance: carefully check quality and actively make improvements to work processes and products.
• Order & safety: ensure a safe, tidy and organized workplace.

Who we're looking for:

• Training: You have an LBO+/MBO work and thinking level with a relevant background in electronics, mechatronics, or electrical engineering (this is a strong advantage).
• Experience: You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience in a technical or production position (assembly/assembly).
• Skills: You have a keen technical insight and work very accurately and carefully.
• Mentality: You are proactive, eager to learn and a real team player who is convinced to build our future.
• Language & location: Good command of the Dutch language is required. You live in Erp, the municipality of Meierstad or a surrounding municipality: this is because this is a position on location.
