Yuasa - General Use
General Use batteries are suitable for standard applications that require a long lifespan and low self-discharge. This series consists of valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) batteries with a nominal voltage of 6 V or 12 V and a capacity of 0.8 Ah to 65 Ah. The NP-VRLA series has a lifespan of 3 to 5 years at 20 °C and can be used in a wide temperature range of -15 °C to 50 °C.
An example of a General Use battery is the NP-VRLA series.
Yuasa - Cyclic Use
Cyclic batteries are designed for applications that require high current delivery and frequent charge/discharge cycles. This series is similar to the NP-VRLA series but has a higher capacity and a longer lifespan. The NPL-VRLA series has a nominal voltage of 6 V or 12 V and a capacity of 24 Ah to 200 Ah. The NPL-VRLA series has a lifespan of 5 to 7 years at 20 °C and can be used in a wide temperature range from -15 °C to 50 °C.
An example of a cyclic battery is the NPL-VRLA series.
Yuasa - Front Terminal
Front Terminal batteries are specifically designed for applications that require compact and easy installation. This series consists of VRLA batteries with a nominal voltage of 12 V and a capacity of 55 Ah to 200 Ah. The FXH-VRLA series has a lifespan of 10 to 12 years at 20 °C and can be used in a wide temperature range from -20 °C to 50 °C.
An example of a Front Terminal battery is the FXH-VRLA series.
Yuasa - High Rate
High Rate batteries are designed for applications that require very high current output and a short discharge time. This series consists of VRLA batteries with a nominal voltage of 12 V and a capacity of 7 Ah to 65 Ah. The EN-VRLA series has a lifespan of 3 to 5 years at 20 °C and can be used in a wide temperature range from -15 °C to 50 °C.
An example of a High Rate battery is the EN-VRLA series.
Yuasa - Energy Storage
SLR Renewable Energy batteries are designed for the future of energy storage and renewable energy. They are based on Yuasa's advanced lead-acid technology, which has been used for over a century.
An example of a battery in the SLR Renewable Energy series is the SLR-1000. This modular battery has a horizontal orientation and a capacity of 1000 Ah at a 20-hour discharge rate.
Yuasa - Lithium manganese oxide
